Great location and comfortable rooms. We had a perfect stay at Soggiorno Arcobaleno. The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and close to all the major attractions in Florence. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities including a fridge and water heater. The staff, Daniela and Lorenzo, were extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. They even provided us with a free breakfast at a nearby cafe and gave us a map and helpful tips for exploring the city. our stay was exceptional and we would definitely come back again.
We had to buy more toilet paper during our 4-night stay as it was not replenished. Additionally, the room had moquette, which had a moisty smell that permeated the room and could be an issue for those with allergies.

We had a great Christmas stay in a well, located room with a view of a lovely garden. the staff was very accommodating with our check, in and check, out times. We enjoyed two complementary facts offered in our room which included a small fridge and a water heater. the central location made it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The room was quite cold, even with the heater running at the highest setting. It took three days for the temperature to reach a comfortable level.

I couldn't believe the value for my money at Soggiorno Arcobaleno! The room was clean and well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and kettle. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from San Lorenzo market and Mercato Centrale. The staff were incredibly attentive and even had Netflix on the TV.
The morning meal could have been better with a wider variety of options.

Had a wonderful Xmas stay at a cozy guest house located in the heart of the historic center of a beautiful Italian city. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-equipped kitchenette that we really enjoyed. The location allowed us to walk everywhere, with plenty of nice restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, it was really quiet at night, so we slept wonderfully.
That the building had no elevator, which made it a bit difficult to get our luggage up the stairs. However, the host was really helpful and assisted us with our bags.
